What file type and size is the video? 

The video will come as a .mp4 file in full HD 1920 x 1080p. The codec is an H.264. This file size should work for all uses under our terms and conditions, but feel free to email us at info@alignalbumdesign.com if you’d like to request another file type or size.

After purchase what happens? 

We will follow up via email with instructions for how to send your logo. As soon as we receive your logo, you will be put into the queue to have your custom version of the video made. Depending on demand, it could take up to 1-2 weeks to receive your video, but typically it will be ready within a few days.

Are there any restrictions on how I can use the video after purchase? 

By purchasing this particular version of the video, you are securing rights to use it during your in-person meetings as well as on your own website and blog. You will not have the rights to share it publicly on any video sharing sites, however. This version of the video with your logo is solely for your own business use. If you choose to upload the video to any video sharing sites for the purpose of hosting and to embed the video on your site, please take the following steps after uploading your video to prevent any breach of our terms of use (these step-by-step instructions will also be in your email after purchase): 

YouTube:  

1. Go to your Video Manager 2. Find the video and click “Edit" 3. On the "Basic Info" tab, find the “Privacy Settings” drop-down menu, choose “Unlisted” 4. Save Changes 5. On the "Advanced Settings" tab, make sure that the "Allow Comments" box is unchecked 6. Make sure the "Users can view ratings for this video" box is unchecked 7. Under "Syndication," select "Everywhere" 8. Under "Distribution options," check "Allow Embedding" 9. Go to the video page 10. Under the video, click the "Share" button 11. Choose the "Embed" tab and click "Show More" 12. Uncheck all four options — especially confirm that "Show suggested videos when the video finishes” is NOT checked 13. Copy the HTML embed code and paste it into the appropriate place on your website

Vimeo:  

1. Go to Manage Videos 2. Find the video and click "Settings" 3. Go to the "Privacy" tab 4. Under "Who can watch this video?" choose "Hide this video from Vimeo.com" 5. Under "Where can this video be embedded?" choose "Anywhere" 6. Under "Who can comment on this video?" choose "No one" 7. All boxes under "What can people do with this video” should be unchecked 8. Click “Save" 9. Go to the “Embed” tab and turn off everything uder "Video controls", "Your details" and "Custom controls" 10. Click “Save” at the bottom of the screen 11. Go back to “My Videos” and click the link to view the video 12. Below the video click "Share" 13. Beside "Embed" click "+Show options" 14. Make sure that everything under "Special Stuff" is unchecked 15. Copy the HTML embed code and paste it into the appropriate place on your website  

Do you offer refunds? 

Because of the digital nature of this product, and the fact that you get to preview the video in its entirety before purchase, we do not offer refunds.
